PaleoDesign designed, fabricated and installed both countertop and bar level concrete. The bar level surfaces were designed to appear as if they penetrated the walls and appeared out of the walls at different points in the kitchen. In addition, 0.5" thick backsplashes were cast with nylon reinforcement to tie both counters and bars together.
